Simply make a note of the item codes that you wish to purchase and send me a message with those codes to place your order.
I will send you a confirmation email back containing an itemised invoice, including postage (based on the weight of your total order). The confirmation email will also contain a PayPal invoice link.
Please note, the address on your PayPal account will be used as the postage address, unless otherwise requested.
Invoices are valid from the time the confirmation email is sent until midnight the next day without exception. After this time, your requested items will be placed back into stock if not paid for.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised products.
To initiate a return, simply reach out to our customer service team at online@fancythings.co.uk and we will guide you through the return process.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we’ll process your refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except when the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a faulty or incorrect item). In those cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
